Maria Rotundo
Bio
Maria Rotundo is a Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at the Rotman School of Management. She is also the area Coordinator for OBHRM. Her research focuses on achieving a better understanding of the antecedents of discretionary performance behaviors like cooperative acts and deviance and on the consequences of these actions for individual and organizational outcomes both nationally and across cultures. Her research also considers the role that multiple group memberships can play in explaining discretionary performance behaviors. She has held various leadership positions at the University, professional associations, and throughout her studies and broader career.
