Tosen Nwadei
Bio
Tosen Nwadei is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management in the Department of Management at the University of Toronto-Scarborough, with a cross-appointment to the Organization Behavior and HR Management area at the Rotman School. His research sits at the intersection of intergroup relations, stigma, and authenticity. Specifically, he investigates the antecedents, consequences, and organizational constraints associated with the expression of racial and ethnic minority identities in predominantly-White settings. Tosen's research has been published in leading academic journals in both psychology and medicine, including the Journal of the American Medical Association and the Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin.
