Marlys Christianson
Bio
Marlys Christianson is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour at Rotman. She received a PhD in Management & Organizations from the University of Michigan. Her research interests include the coordination of complex and interdependent work, sensemaking in high-risk environments, and resilient organizing, particularly as it relates to error detection and correction. Her work has been published
in a variety of outlets, including Academy of Management Annals, Academy of
Management Perspectives, Journal of Management Inquiry, Journal of
Organizational Behavior, Organizational Research Methods, and Organization
Science.
