Bio
Donald Brean is a Professor Emeritus of Finance and Economic Analysis and Policy at Rotman. Donald teaches courses in International Finance and International Economics. His research interests center on international investment, public finance and economic policy, specifically in economies in transition. He was the former Director of Centre d'Etudes de la France et du Monde Francophone.
