Wayne Adlam
Bio
Wayne Adlam is an Associate Professor, Teaching Stream in the Finance Area. Prior to starting his teaching career in 2010, he worked for over 22 years in the Canadian capital markets. He has worked on hundreds of transactions, with in-depth experience and expertise across all capital markets activities, ranging from raising capital in the public equity and debt markets, to private equity and leveraged finance. He has provided strategic advice to numerous companies, and has advised on many merger and acquisition assignments. He also acts as an industry expert for various regulatory authorities. In the classroom, Wayne uses his insights and experience gained on actual transactions to effectively convey the underlying financial concepts.
