Celebrating Over Five Decades of Excellence with Impact Consulting Group

June 17, 2024

Toronto – For more than five decades MBA students at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management have been delivering results for clients of Impact Consulting Group.

From small business owners using consulting services for the first time to large organizations seeking a fresh perspective, the partners at Impact Consulting Group are able to understand each client’s unique challenges and provide personalized strategies for success.

Each spring, a highly selective recruitment process takes place with candidates drawn from the Rotman Full Time MBA program who are attracted by both the entrepreneurial nature of Impact as well as the experience gained by providing hands-on customized consulting services.

“Working at Impact has been a game-changer for my personal growth and client impact. I've learned the crucial difference between working on the business and in the business. This role has already given me the flexibility to adapt, use my insights, and collaborate to find the best solutions for our clients,” says Shraddha Shrivastava, MBA’ 25.

“Being a principal at Impact is an entrepreneurial journey that gives you unmatched ownership of the client lifecycle. Yet, we’re not starting from scratch or going it alone. We have a shrewd board of advisors and over fifty years of institutional knowledge. We also happen to be under the same roof as some of the country’s top business minds,” adds Emma Wilson, MBA’ 25.

The six principals bring diverse and rich backgrounds in consulting and experiences including one who established his own behavioural science consulting firm.
