Bio

Joseph D’Cruz is Emeritus Professor of Strategic Management at Rotman, having served the School in various professorial and administrative functions since 1979. He is currently active in Rotman non-degree Executive Education programs where he serves as Academic Director and Professor for several leadership programs in health care, public school leadership and in the private sector. His current interests include blending classroom and on-line for executive education. His research has focused on international competitiveness and the multinational corporation.
